This page explains which cookies and similar tools the cantinabaldassarri.testami.cloud website and the online shop use, and how to manage them. The controller is Eredi Baldassarri Luciano SSA (see the Privacy Policy).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information, for example the products in your cart. Similar tools include the browser's local storage.
2. Technical cookies (always on)
They are needed for the website and shop to work; they do not require consent.
- wp_woocommerce_session_*: keeps your cart and shopping session. Duration: 2 days.
- woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart: update the cart when it changes. Duration: until the browser is closed.
- wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* and wordpress_test_cookie: only for people who sign in to their account, to keep them signed in. Duration: until the browser is closed, or 14 days with "Remember me".
- Browser local storage: cart contents and chosen language (Italian or English).
- bb_consent: remembers the choices made in the cookie banner, for the website and the shop. Duration: 6 months.
3. Shop statistics cookies
They are only turned on if you consent to "Shop statistics" in the cookie banner.
- sbjs_*: record where a visit comes from (for example a search engine or a link) so we know which channels bring orders. They are the shop's own cookies, stay on our site and are not shared with third parties. Duration: until the browser is closed.
4. Third-party content
The Contact page can show a Google Maps map. The map only loads if you consent to "External content" in the banner, or if you press "Show the map"; Google may then set its own cookies, under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. No advertising or profiling
The website and shop do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
6. How to manage cookies
On your first visit a banner asks whether to accept, reject or choose by category the optional cookies. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. You can also view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge); if you block technical cookies, the cart and account sign-in will not work.
