The seller<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products in this shop are sold by Eredi Baldassarri Luciano SSA, Str. Luciano Baldassarri 1, 06050 Collazzone (PG), Italy, VAT no. Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms govern purchases made by consumers in the Cantina Baldassarri online shop. By placing an order the customer confirms having read and accepted them. The terms that apply are those published at the time of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Alcohol: adults only<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wine is sold to adults only (aged 18 or over, or the legal drinking age in the country of delivery if higher). By placing an order the customer confirms being of legal age. The courier may ask for ID on delivery; if the recipient is not of legal age the goods will not be handed over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photos are for illustration only: label, vintage and packaging may differ from the picture. If the stated vintage is no longer available, Cantina Baldassarri may offer the following vintage; the customer can accept it or cancel the order for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prices, shipping and minimum order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are in euros and include VAT.<\/li>\n\n<li>Shipping is included in the price for the destinations we serve: Italy, Europe, the United States and the United Kingdom.<\/li>\n\n<li>The minimum order is 6 bottles of wine, mixed allowed. Gift boxes count for the number of bottles they contain.<\/li>\n\n<li>Quantity discounts: 5% from 6 bottles, 10% from 12, 15% from 24. Discounts are applied automatically in the cart.<\/li>\n\n<li>United States: some states carry a shipping surcharge per bottle, shown and added at checkout; we cannot ship to some states. The up-to-date list is on the shop page.<\/li>\n\n<li>United Kingdom: customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient to the courier on delivery (approximately \u00a320 + \u00a32.80 per bottle).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Orders and conclusion of the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is concluded when the customer places the order and receives the confirmation email. Cantina Baldassarri may cancel an order, refunding any amount paid, if a product is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or if the destination is not served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The available payment methods are shown at checkout. With a bank transfer the order is prepared and shipped once the payment has been received; if the transfer does not arrive within 7 days the order may be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods are shipped by courier to the address given in the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary, especially for shipments outside the European Union. On delivery please check the parcel: if it is damaged, accept it with a written reservation on the courier's document and let us know within 48 hours, with a few photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, by writing to cantinabaldassarriluciano@gmail.com. Products must be returned intact, with bottles unopened and seals unbroken, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; return costs are paid by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method as the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Faulty or damaged products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal guarantee of conformity under Italian consumer law always applies. If a product arrives broken or faulty, write to us with your order number and a few photos: Cantina Baldassarri will replace or refund it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Discount codes and Wine Club<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Wine Club welcome code is personal: it can be used once, on the first order, with the email address used to join, before the expiry date shown in the email. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer data is processed as described in the shop's Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Governing law and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any more favourable protection granted by the law of the consumer's country of residence. Disputes with consumers fall under the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
