Gift boxes count for the number of bottles they contain.<\/li>\n\n<li>United States: some states carry a surcharge per bottle, shown and added at checkout when you choose the delivery state.<\/li>\n\n<li>United Kingdom: customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient to the courier on delivery (approximately \u00a320 + \u00a32.80 per bottle).<\/li>\n\n<li>European countries outside the European Union (for example Switzerland or Norway): any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We prepare the order once payment is confirmed (for bank transfers, when the amount has been received) and hand it to the courier, who delivers it to the address given. Delivery times are indicative and longer for shipments outside the European Union. Bottles travel in protective packaging. ID may be requested on delivery to check the recipient is of legal age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged parcel or broken product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check the parcel on delivery: if it is damaged, accept it with a written reservation on the courier's document. Write to us within 48 hours at cantinabaldassarriluciano@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos of the parcel and products: we will replace or refund the broken bottles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, by writing to cantinabaldassarriluciano@gmail.com. Send the products back within 14 days of your notice, intact, with bottles unopened and seals unbroken; return costs are at your expense.
