Description
Blend: 25% Grechetto, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Viognier, 25% Incrocio Manzoni. Deep straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. A nose balanced between primary and fermentation aromas: banana, pineapple, pear, apple and musk, over a background of toasted wood, hazelnut and dried fruit from ageing in barrique. Soft, dry and moderately acidic, with remarkable structure. It pairs well with soups, white meat, fish and pasta dishes.
