Description
Blend: 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 60% Sagrantino. Deep ruby red colour. Great aromatic impact with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry, enriched by vanilla, coconut and spices from ageing in new wood. Rich and complex on the palate, soft and structured, with great ageing potential. Ideal with flavourful dishes such as hare, wild boar or rabbit.
